It was okay. I had 2 people interview me through zoom, one of them was very open and nice, the other one just complicates everything. One of them started quizzing me on random chemistry facts and was overall very firm and serious.

The interview process involved meeting the hiring manager to discuss the company's internal politics. The manager felt I was a good fit, but mentioned resistance from higher-ups in manufacturing due to my connections. Ultimately, I decided it was best to decline the offer, as I felt accepting it would cause issues for the hiring manager with upper management. I felt it was a waste of time, and it left me with a negative impression about career advancement potential within the company.
