I applied for a Senior Manager role but ended up getting shortlisted for Project Engineer instead. During the interview, the panel seemed to be looking for specific keywords in my responses. They mentioned a second round would follow, but I had already accepted another offer by then. The panel came across as quite arrogant; they insisted my camera be on, but theirs were off.
