Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Group.
Media Planner
I interviewed with 8 people who are upper level in the media team. They are from all the different teams. The upper management is very smart and direct. They ask really thoughtful questions and listen to your answers. Everyone was friendly!
- What do you consider to be the most crucial element of communication?
Media Planner
The interview process was great. I first spoke with an internal recruiter and she was AMAZING. Super fun to talk to and we had a great conversation. I then had an interview with the hiring manager who was also great. Then after that interview I talked with a couple of the upper management. We had an amazing conversation about advertising in general and they left a great impression for me. While I did not end up getting the job, I had a great experience with them and will look to them in the future if they ever have job opening available again. :)
- Can you tell me about your past job experiences?
- What are your thoughts on advertising?
- What makes you want to work at Saatchi & Saatchi?
Media Planner
The interview process included a phone screen followed by two rounds of interviews. The first round was a team meet-and-greet, and the second round was an interview with the supervisor. They asked many questions about emotional intelligence and teamwork.
- How do you manage stress?
- Tell me about a time you had to do something new and how you went about it.
