It might start with a quick call or video chat to see if you're a good match. Then, you'll need to show off your writing chops and creative stuff with your portfolio. Finally, you might have interviews, either one-on-one or with a group, with people on the team to talk about your experience, skills, and if you'd fit in.

It was a pretty relaxed interview process. Started with a 30-minute chat with the recruiter, then had two 45-minute video interviews with creative directors. After that, the company just went silent and never got back to me, which is never a good sign.

I heard from a contact at a staffing agency that Saatchi was hiring. I went there. The office was a bit run down, but comparable to BBDO Moscow's standards, so it was acceptable. I spoke with the creative director and showed them my portfolio. We also talked about some other things. The staffing agency later informed me that it didn't work out. Eventually, someone I knew let me know that I wasn't 'a Saatchi person.' Oh well. A tip for other creatives looking to work at Saatchi: be really smiley and show you're proactive. That's what Saatchi seems to like.
