First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Group.
Account Coordinator
I had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Since I lived far from the office, we did a few more interviews over Skype. It took about a month to get a decision, and I had to keep checking in with the hiring manager to see what was going on.
- Tell me about your favorite campaign that our company has produced and explain your reasoning.
Account Coordinator
I got referred by someone who works there. The recruiter was super nice and helpful. First, I had a phone interview with her. Then she spoke with the hiring team about me and set up an in-person interview with five people. I thought it would be one interview with all five of them, but it was actually three 30-minute interviews: two 2-on-1s and one 1-on-1 with the director. They asked typical questions, and everyone was pretty friendly. Since it was an entry-level role, they didn't expect a lot of experience. I didn't get the job; they hired a former intern. I only found out after I reached out. The HR person was great though and asked if I was interested in other roles. I ended up looking elsewhere, but it was nice of her to ask.
- Can you share an example of when you worked with clients or customers?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at Saatchi?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was thorough but fair. It involved three in-person rounds with account supervisors and individuals at higher positions. The interviewers were mainly interested in assessing personality traits and how well a candidate would fit with the existing team.
- Can you describe how you manage stress and deal with stressful situations?
