Just wanted to give a heads-up about the interview offer process! I went through 3 interviews with Saatchi and was super happy when I passed and they said they wanted to offer me the job. But then, after waiting for two loooong weeks, the offer never actually came. I had other job offers at the time, but this was the one I really wanted, so I held off on accepting them, waiting for Saatchi. They kept saying they were just swamped and apologized for the delay. So, I trusted them and turned down my other offers because they couldn't wait any longer. After a pretty relaxed meeting with the team, they then told me they weren't going to move forward with my application. I felt totally misled and like they strung me along with a fake offer. I've actually heard from a recruiter that this isn't the first time they've done this to someone, which is just not okay! It was a really disheartening experience, so I'm sharing this so future applicants know that these guys might not be the most reliable.

I emailed their HR who then passed me along to their Regional Account Director. I had an interview with them the very next day, and then with another Regional AD. The interviews were pretty casual, and they asked the standard questions like strengths/weaknesses, why Saatchi, tell me about yourself, and tell me about your personality. They also went over my resume. The second interviewer asked similar questions but also gave me the job details.

It was pretty insightful. It was done by a recruiter and I had just one round. They asked about my management style and how I leverage relationships. They stated I was overqualified and it seemed like they were looking for someone with more in-agency experience.
