I only went through the first round, which was technical. The interview was conducted by a person with 3 years of experience, interviewing a candidate with 8 years of experience. The interviewer seemed inexperienced in articulating and comprehending the conversation during the interview, resulting in a negative feedback. I strongly recommend that the management establishes a more effective recruitment process and ensures that interviewers have equivalent levels of experience. When I questioned the HR about why this happened, I received a disappointing response, saying that all the experienced individuals were assigned to some other department.
