Customer Success Manager
The interview was seamless, it was 3/4 rounds. One conversation with the reporting manager, one presentation round (this also had senior leadership), one analytics round. Overall, everything was seamless and delightful. The offer rollout was quick, they matched the market. I asked for more time to make my decision and they respected that. When I respectfully declined the offer, they also mentioned other roles that might be suitable for me. I also had great reviews from other people in my network 10/10 would reccomend! Anant was my SPOC and I would love to work with him again!

Software Development Engineer in Test
To make a great Glassdoor review, first, figure out why you're collecting feedback and what you want to know, like how candidates felt and if communication was good. Get your stuff ready and plan for interviews that are about 30-60 minutes long. When talking to people, ask about their general experience and why they applied. Also ask if they thought communication was clear, if the questions made sense and were relevant, and what they think of the company culture. Ask if they got any helpful feedback afterward. Then, say thanks and tell them how their feedback will help. After you're done, gather all the feedback to see what's working and what's not, and make a plan. Let candidates know what you change and tell happy ones to leave reviews on Glassdoor. This will help make things better and show you care.
- Tell me about how you'd create a test strategy for a new feature, including the factors you'd consider and how you'd make sure it covers everything.
Documentation Lead
The hiring manager conducted an initial round, followed by an assessment and video submission. Access to the product was not provided, leading to a three-day effort to complete the assignment using Google Docs. A subsequent discussion round with the hiring manager and another interviewer was undersubscribed, and the candidate was asked to present their work and identify a minor error. No feedback was given. The recruiter became unresponsive, and the job was reposted. Candidates should be respected, and assignments should potentially be paid.
