First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saab Group.
Production Manager
The hiring process was quite extensive because of the screening. There were three interviews in total, and none of them were highly technical. The focus was mainly on aptitude and security aspects. Everything was conducted in Swedish, so fluency and having a passport are mandatory. As mentioned, it was a lengthy process, but not particularly challenging.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Associate Program Manager
It was a two-step process. The first interview was an in-person panel interview at the office. It included three questions that needed to be answered in the STAR format. The second interview was conducted over MS Teams with the department director and included the same three STAR format questions. Both interviews started late, and the hiring team didn't seem to care much.
