The interview process was a one-day thing. It started with an online assessment that had two parts: coding and aptitude. The aptitude section covered verbal, quant, dbms, data structures, and logical reasoning. The coding part was kinda avg-hard, and the aptitude was avg. It was an open walkin, around 160 people showed up on November 18th, 2017. There were four stages in total. The first was a group discussion where about 10-15 people were given a topic, and those who spoke confidently got selected. Next, there was a written test using pen and paper. This included a simple C program (like Fibonacci, palindrome, or prime numbers), and mostly Java and SQL questions. There were also moderate quantitative and reasoning questions. The third stage was a technical round held on a different day, and the final stage was with HR.

So the first round was a group discussion, mostly to check communication skills. Then there was a written test. The first part had questions 1 to 11 on Java and SQL basics, and questions 12 to 20 were aptitude, reasoning, and verbal. It also included an email and an essay writing task. After two days, they called me for the next rounds. The third round was technical, asking about SQL queries, my project, a Fibonacci series program, and some C questions. I passed that and was called for Tr2. In Tr2, the interviewer had me write and trace a program, asked about my project, and some Java questions. They also explained about the company. The final round was HR, where they discussed company policies. They tend to ask a lot of questions from the resume.
