The interview process started with an aptitude round, where we had 30 minutes to answer 10 questions. Then, out of approximately 300 applicants, 62 were selected for a Case Study round. Following that, 17 out of the 62 selected candidates moved on to an interview stage with HR and one Guesstimate question. Another round of interviews with HR and one Guesstimate question followed, with 5 candidates selected out of the 17. Finally, 2 candidates were offered the job out of the 5. Applied thru LinkedIn and got a call 5 days later (not counting weekends). Round 2 was 5 days after Round 1. Then no response for 2 weeks after Round 2. Emailed and got a call the next day, and my interview round was scheduled for the day after that. Got the task for Round 4 a few minutes after Round 3. Haven't heard back after 3 weeks following Round 4, which I think went well.

The process was in 3 phases: 1) aptitude (30 min, 10 questions) 2) case study (3 case studies in 1.5 hours) 3) interview (guesstimate and self intro). The placement process is fast and doesn't take more than 3 days to reach the interview stage. Aptitude questions were difficult and you need to solve at least 6 questions.
