I had 3 interviews for this sales job, but they never opened the branch. I'm not sure why it wasn't opened, and I never got a call back. It turns out they decided not to open the office in my area.

The interview process involved relatively straightforward questions, nothing exceptionally difficult. It was conducted via live video, where you had a few minutes to answer each question. I'd say it was a moderate level of difficulty.

Behavioral Presentation

A recruiter first reached out to make sure I was still interested. Then I had a phone interview with the director of inside sales and two managers. They told me I'd have to do a role play and asked if I wanted to proceed. I got a quick rundown beforehand and agreed to it. About a week after the phone interview, they called me back in for an in-person interview. This is where things got a bit weird. The in-person interview was with 3 managers and the director. They took turns asking questions, some normal, some pretty strange. The interview went from super serious to relaxed and funny several times, so it was hard to tell how it was going. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Heads up for anyone interested: they print out your LinkedIn and Facebook profiles along with your resume. They'll bring up stuff from those profiles during the interviews, so be sure you know what's on them.
