I talked to a recruiter on the phone, then had a chat with the hiring manager. They said I'd hear back in a week, but I didn't. I followed up and they said they'd let me know early the next week, but still nothing. It was a bummer not to get any update, good or bad. I really think a company should at least let you know.

The interview process was quick and easy, involving chats with several team members. It started with a phone call, followed by a video interview. Overall, it was a relaxed experience and not intimidating. I ended up receiving a remote offer.

Recruiter
I applied online and a recruiter reached out about two weeks later. It was a pretty straightforward process. I spoke with the hiring manager and HR. The whole thing took about two months. They kind of gave me the run around at times, which was annoying. I wish they would have communicated better.
