Had a recruiter phone interview, then an interview with the branch manager, and a third round was a job shadow. The recruiter was pretty unorganized and didn't communicate well throughout the process. They called me last minute, when I was already heading to the job shadowing appointment, to let me know they had already hired someone else.

My first interview was on campus and it was a pretty standard behavioral interview. Making a connection with the interviewer and having a natural conversation was key. The second interview was way more chill. We grabbed lunch at a restaurant and just talked about the role and when I'd be available. I got word back within two weeks, and the whole thing took about a month.
