Had a quick 15 min intro call first. Then a 30 min follow up call with HR. Finally, had a zoom interview with the department head. Just noting my process might be different since I was interviewing from abroad.

I went through three interviews. First, I spoke with the general manager, then my supervisor, and finally, a coworker. It all went pretty smoothly. The GM asked some questions about my behavior. My supervisor focused on accounting stuff, like software knowledge. The chat with the coworker was super chill and easy, mostly just basic getting-to-know-you questions.

First, a recruiter will reach out to schedule your interview. Then, during your office visit, you'll interview with three people: the VP of Audit, someone from middle management (like a Sr. Manager, Manager, or Director), and a third person who might be a staff member, a senior auditor, or a financial consultant, depending on who's available.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Be ready for technical and behavioral questions. Do you know the 5 assertions of Audit (completeness, accuracy, occurrence, etc.)? And SOX 404 (internal controls)? You really need to know that stuff since it's mostly what you'll be doing.
