The whole process was smooth and very direct. I was always kept in the loop and the HT team was really professional and always got back to me fast when I had any questions.

The interview process was really welcoming and friendly. It was more informative than anything, and they didn't really grill me with tough questions. They told me a lot about the company, like who we serve and what industries we're in. They also gave me a heads-up on what to expect in the first few days and what the training would be like.

So HR emailed me about a phone interview, which was like 20 minutes. Honestly, the HR person didn't even seem to know what she was interviewing me for, which was a bummer because it wasn't even the department I wanted to be in. Right after that, the team leader shot me an email. Turns out he leads a team in a totally different department, so we set up a call. I chatted with him for over an hour. He then wanted me to chat with someone actually on the team, so he set that up. I spoke with that person a week later for about 45 minutes. It went super well, they were really chill. After that, I had to wait like two weeks, but they eventually emailed me an offer.
