I was trained in South Carolina. They have a decent system for training, with a classroom and a nearby store for practical experience. However, the actual store operations were quite different from the training. I spent 4 weeks in South Carolina. You could go home if you lived nearby. Some of the people at the training center weren't very friendly. There are tests for all the operational areas.

The process involved checking availability, travel accommodations, video guidelines, help resources, and tax registration. It was an easy and straightforward process without much hassle. Overall, it was an interesting yet intuitive approach to redefining the interview process.

Applied online and got a call the same day for an interview the next day. Arrived 5 minutes early and was asked to wait for the Manager. After 10-15 minutes, the Manager came out, asked who I was, even though some employees had mentioned I was there. It was clear the Manager didn't even look at my application. Upon learning I had no prior server experience, the Manager stated she had other interviews and didn't want to waste time on someone without experience, despite the job posting not requiring it. She then said she had to hire someone more experienced and that I wasn't the one. I've never been told in an interview that I was wasting their time or not worth it. It seemed like the Manager didn't even want to conduct interviews from the moment she came out. Additionally, a stack of applications was left on a table where anyone could see them, which isn't a good practice.

The company told me they would offer a great lifestyle, set working hours, and a role focused on customer satisfaction. But instead, I ended up working 7 days straight for about 80 hours a week. It wasn't unusual to work 12-14 hour days, from opening until closing, and closing could take an additional 3 hours after the doors closed. My quality of life suffered, and I was incredibly unhappy. If you're interviewing for this position, please don't trust the misrepresentations.
