First, there was a phone screen with an external recruiter, then a screen with an internal recruiter. After that, I had an in-person panel interview at the local office with 4 leaders. There were also 3 other people interviewing for the same position. Finally, I had a shadow day with a consultant in my area.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online on Wednesday and the recruiter reached out the next day (Thursday) to schedule a phone interview for Friday. It was about 30 minutes, and the recruiter was really friendly and easy to talk to. After that, I got some essay questions and a behavioral assessment with logic and reasoning questions. It was lengthy but didn't take too much time. I completed it on Saturday, and then the recruiter contacted me on Monday to set up an in-person interview for the following Wednesday. I met with three people: the sales manager, division manager, and VP, each individually. The whole thing lasted about two hours. It was a pretty good experience overall, and I enjoyed it. I'm still waiting to hear back.
