Three people interviewed me. They did it separately and broke down all questions so as not to hit the same things as the last person. Between each interview they had me sit in a room while they recapped how I performed before going on to the next person.

Behavioral Technical

After filling out the application online, if chosen, the first step is a phone interview. During this phone interview, I had to answer questions about how I've handled various client situations. They also wanted to know about my marketing experience since the company requires its sales staff to do a lot of marketing. I also had to provide examples of sales quotas and how I met them. I found it hard to express myself and show my skills as a sales professional over the phone. I guess I'm old-fashioned and would have preferred a face-to-face interview.

Behavioral Technical Other

I submitted my application and got an email back for a phone interview. After passing that, there was an online test that took about 2 hours. It had math and personality questions. If I passed that, I had a 3-4 hour in-person interview with 3-4 managers.
