First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ryan Homes.
Sales Associate
We did a phone interview and then I went in person to interview with 3 different people. It was not an easy interview and one of the guys who interviewed me was super conceited and just not friendly or nice at all.
- Describe an instance where you made an error and subsequently corrected it.
Sales Associate
I met with both of the sales managers, one at the main office and the other at a Starbucks that was convenient for both of us. They asked me to call some sales consultants and visit a community in person. They wanted it to be a good fit for me as much as they were interviewing that I was right for the role.
- What's a key takeaway from your past job that you can apply here?
- How quickly can you adjust when things change?
Sales Associate
It was a long process with lots of interviews, and it took a while to hear back between each step. There was a test screening, then a phone interview, and then in-person interviews with people from different departments. Interestingly, every person asked the exact same questions.
- Can you describe your time management approach?
