First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ryan Companies US, Inc..
Project Engineer
The interview process was productive and not too long. The interviewers were good at answering my questions and giving me insights into the company. They were friendly and seemed interested in my past work, asking me questions about my early jobs.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
Project Engineer
So, first you have a phone call with HR, and then there's a site or video interview with VPs and division managers. After that, you get a pre-employment assessment test that you have to finish. Just a heads up, doing the assessment doesn't guarantee an offer. It takes about 3 hours to complete. This has happened to me a few times in the last year for different roles in different places. The interview itself is pretty conversational and usually pretty informal, mostly focusing on your experience.
- Could you tell me about your favorite project and the reasons behind it?
Project Engineer
The interview process was clear and informative. The leadership team was very knowledgeable about the job and the specifics of the work. They made it easy to feel comfortable and have a relaxed conversation.
- What is your understanding of our company?
