So basically, first you have to do this online test where they check your tech skills and how you think logically. Then, there are technical interviews, maybe one or more, where they might ask you to code, write SQL, or solve problems. If you pass those, you'll probably have a chat with a manager or HR to talk about your past work, what you're looking for, and if you'd be a good fit for the team.

It was a half-hour interview where I had to answer some SQL queries and solve a few puzzles. The interviewers were nice and gave me enough time to think about the answers. The questions weren't too difficult.

I applied through Jobsite and the whole process took about two weeks. It started with an aptitude test, then a telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face panel interview, and finally another face-to-face panel/final interview. It was honestly the worst and most unique experience ever! The interviewers seemed completely uninterested, disrespectful, impolite, and rude right from the start. They gave off a vibe that they weren't interested in me, and kept muttering about how I didn't know anything, yet they kept calling me back for more interview rounds. The final round was the absolute worst; one interviewer kept saying their employees were much younger and smarter than me, while the other was trying to lowball me significantly. They constantly made me feel worthless and spent a lot of time explaining why I was a misfit, but still wanted me. It's baffling why they'd spend 30-45 minutes on each interview (four in total) with someone they're not interested in. They also told me I couldn't 'run away' after a year or two in an authoritative tone, which was unbelievable, especially since we hadn't even agreed to work together yet! I was stunned by their unprofessional approach and humiliating behavior. They want American citizens to work for very little money, around the clock (early morning and late-night calls are included with the standard workday). I was aghast at their demands and the meager salary offered. The only positive is no work-from-home, but they kindly allow after-hours calls from home. I felt compelled to leave a review because I'm disgusted with myself for not speaking up during the 'torment.' This is the first and only time I've been mentally abused during an interview. The vibe of the place reminded me of '12 Years a Slave' and North Korea. Even without working there, I understood why all the negative reviews were true. Avoid this place like the plague! I truly feel sorry for their employees. My advice to management: remember that interviews are a two-way street. Not everyone is desperate for a paycheck. Belittling others is not leadership; it reflects poorly on you. You rise by lifting others, not by pushing them down. Treat everyone with respect. The people you mistreat on your way up may be the ones you meet on your way down. Lastly, learn about karma; what goes around comes around.
