First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RxLogix Corporation.
Business Analyst
So basically, first you have to do this online test where they check your tech skills and how you think logically. Then, there are technical interviews, maybe one or more, where they might ask you to code, write SQL, or solve problems. If you pass those, you'll probably have a chat with a manager or HR to talk about your past work, what you're looking for, and if you'd be a good fit for the team.
- Can you construct a SQL query to find and display rows that are duplicated in a given table?
- Could you explain what database indexing is and how it can speed up operations?
Associate Quality Engineer
It was a 4 round process. The first round had 1 simple computer science related question. The second round was a technical interview with 2-3 DSA questions, OOPS, and DBMS. The third was a managerial round where they asked about projects and technical questions, the difficulty was hard. The fourth round was the HR round, and after that, you're all set to join the company.
- Can you reverse a string?
- Write OOPS questions, make a pen a class and use its objects.
Project Manager
The process started with HR, who were good. There were 4 rounds total. Round 1 was a video interview focusing on project management questions. Round 2 involved an aptitude test and a task to create a project plan. Round 3 was a video interview that started late because the second interviewer was 15 minutes behind. However, the interview itself was well-structured and ran for 80 minutes instead of the scheduled 30. The interviewer listened openly and asked situational questions covering project management and interpersonal skills. The final round was with a director from NJ. This interviewer was interruptive, only allowing 2-3 minutes of speaking time, and seemed unconvinced by my project management process and methodology. While disagreeing is fine, it was disappointing to have my decade of experience judged as wrong, especially since project management approaches vary by organization and product/service.
- Can you tell us about your experience with Waterfall methodologies?
- How have you used MS Project in your previous roles?
Software Engineer
There were 3 rounds of interviews, two technical and one written. After clearing the first round, they asked me to take a test which will be an online test. After that, the second technical round was scheduled, and the HR messaged me that he will schedule my final round ASAP. But till then, they didn’t get back to me. My rounds went really well. I kept emailing them about scheduling the final round, but no luck. My suggestion would be never to trust their words. They will show it off very nicely, but please don’t waste your time. Instead of attending interviews in this company, wait for another opportunity. Mark my words. My suggestion to HR guys: please don’t waste anyone’s time if you are not sure. Also, give feedback to everyone so he/she can prepare themselves for the future.
