The process started with a phone screening, followed by two in-person rounds at the company office with 1-3 interviewers each. All interviews felt good, leading me to think I'd get the job. HR was responsive and made the experience smooth, showing good transparency. While the initial interviews were great, the last one made me rethink things. They said they know you can do the job, but they're checking for cultural fit. They claim to value diversity in how you express their values, but it seemed like they wanted a very specific type of person. It's hard to truly gauge someone's values in a short time, but this process is what they use. They advised honesty, but the final interview was unpredictable, much like other reviews suggest – almost like group therapy but still an interview where you need to impress. I learned a lot about the company and myself, which unfortunately changed my positive perception of the company and product I was passionate about. The final round and how they handled rejecting someone made me realize I didn't want to work there. Still, I'm glad I went through it; I learned a lot about myself.

The interview process involved two phone calls, a questionnaire that felt like a basic knowledge assessment, and then three in-person interviews. There was a standard waiting period between stages, but it wasn't always clear what was coming next. The questionnaire was long and pretty dull, mostly just basic stuff. It didn't seem to impact the in-person interviews or get any feedback, so I think it was just a formality. The interviews themselves were very focused on my resume, and it felt quite corporate and impersonal with typical interview questions. They seemed more interested in the specifics of my experience rather than the reasoning behind it, which was a bit surprising, and also that a lot of the employees seemed pretty similar.
