It was really Short. Was more of a credential check. Not sure what to really make of it. Maybe that is their way of doing initial checks and reviews before hand.

The HR was not communicative and the director was disorganized, which made for a terrible interview process. It was a big red flag when they said they would contact me multiple times but never did.

Behavioral Other

I went to the open house and had an interview the same day for the residency program. The nurse manager of the unit I wanted to join interviewed me. Then, I had a second interview with the director of the unit. They asked basic questions. None of the interviewers asked behavioral questions. I only met the director for two minutes, and then the assistant director walked me through the unit. The entire process took less than a month.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What makes you want to work on this unit?
  • Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
