It involved motivation and behavioral questions, along with a case study on calculating P&L for a specific asset and understanding operation flows. There were also some math and quick calculation problems, plus brain teasers. It was interesting overall, but I didn't get an offer.

The process was super smooth. It started with an aptitude test, then an online one-way interview, and finally an assessment center at the Chicago office where I had to do presentations and a team case study. HR was really communicative, and I had a great time overall.

This was a really general interview. It started with a self-introduction, then some questions, and finally any questions you might have about the job. It lasted about 15 minutes. The main point was about impressions you leave on teammates during group projects.
