The process included an initial screening interview from headquarters. Then there were two more interviews with hiring managers. One was online and more technical, and the other was face-to-face and more for cultural fit. Overall it was pretty easy.

It wasn't a typical interview. The people I spoke with were very pleasant. We both asked and answered questions. They got back to me when they said they would, but unfortunately, it was a rejection. When I asked why, they just said another candidate was a closer fit for the requirements.

It wasn't too difficult, there were some technical questions, but mostly about my past jobs and experiences. They asked what I know about the power industry, what LCPD means, the government's view on coal-fired stations, how many UK stations RWE operates, other fuels RWE uses, what co-firing is, and about ROC payments.
