First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Russell Tobin.
Recruiter
I really agree with the person who talked about how unprofessional the interview process was. I have to say though, the Director of the department I was interviewing for was really great to talk to and knew a lot. But, the Sr Recruiter I would have been reporting to was incredibly rude and condescending during the interview. They asked a lot of tricky questions, and it felt like nothing I said was right, and they weren't nice about it at all. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get an offer because I really didn't want to work for someone like that, but it would have been nice to get a response to my follow-up, although I wasn't really expecting one.

- Could you describe your past experiences with recruiters?
Associate Recruiter
I was initially contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn. I replied on Friday and set up a 30-minute phone screen for the next Monday. After that call, I was invited for an in-person interview on Wednesday. I spoke with my team manager for about 45 minutes and then a director for about 15 minutes. About 30 minutes after finishing my interviews, I got a call from Talent Acquisition with an offer.
- What motivates you in your career?
Recruiter
I met with different teams to see where I would fit best. Everyone was really nice and gave good feedback about the company and their own experiences at RTA.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
