The interview process was long and frankly not great. It felt like a waste of time. Too many interviews and they were slow to reply. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're a recruiter looking for candidates. Try to avoid it if you have other options.

So the interview process started with a Zoom call with the business head and a Research Director. After that, I had an in-person meeting with two senior folks and two associates to give me a feel for the platform. Then, I had to do a psychometric evaluation, followed by more in-person interviews with senior people. The last part was more in-person interviews where I had to present a case study and meet with the top-most members of the team.

There were about 15 interviews in total, but don't let that put you off. It's definitely aimed at testing if you have excellent F2F communication skills in this industry, which is a great way to test that. It also gives you, as an applicant, a really good opportunity to get to know the people, the company, and to some extent the work environment even before you're hired.
