I was emailed to set up a Zoom call. During the call, the interviewer seemed really disinterested and bored from the start, and she was late. She ended the interview 15 minutes early and seemed annoyed that I asked questions at the end. After that, I got ghosted for over a month.

After I submitted my application online, a recruiter from the company reached out. They were super nice in their emails, but the actual interview was a totally different story. My interviewer was really rude and just gave me this disapproving look no matter what I said. To make things worse, they couldn't even be bothered to send a quick automated rejection email and just ghosted me. It's clear they don't respect applicants at all. Not sure who they think they are.

I reached out to a recruiter who went to the same college as me and sent her my application materials (resume, cover letter) directly. We had an initial 20 minute phone conversation. Then, she set up a 2 hour Skype interview where I spoke with 4 other employees in 1 hour blocks (two at a time). I took the initiative to meet them at their offices in New York City a few weeks later when I was visiting.
