First, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the team, mostly about personality and motivations. Then, I was invited for a face-to-face interview with two portfolio managers, which also included an Excel test. This interview focused on my previous experiences. The Excel test wasn't well-prepared, and I didn't really get what they wanted. I didn't get an offer for that role, but they called me about another position in a different investment team. The process was the same, except for the Excel test, and I got that job.

It was a three-stage interview process. First, there were some general questions. Then, they moved on to technical questions. Finally, there was a practical test. The practical test involved solving problems using Excel and SQL. They did let me use the internet to find answers, but the test was timed quite strictly, so using the internet didn't really end up helping much.
