So the interview process started with an email questionnaire, then a quick phone call, and finally an in-person interview. Overall it was a pretty straightforward process, and they were really good about getting back to me and keeping me in the loop. The pay isn't great, but there's commission on sales, and they do offer benefits, which is nice. The work schedule was a bit unusual, like 2 days on, 1 day off, then switching weeks.

I applied in the morning and got a call back by 4pm the same day. They told me about the job and what they expected. However, the job wasn't for the location I applied for; it was for a place 45 minutes away. The pay they offered was way less than the industry average, like a third of what corporate store managers make.

It was a good 30-minute interview. They asked several questions, and the interviewer had a great personality. They didn't tell me about all the job duties, which include all manager tasks plus being a sales rep, and there are limited off days.
