It was a typical phone interview, and then I had a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my previous experience, sales coaching, recruitment, and people leadership skills. They also discussed the district and shared a lot about the company and how it started.

You will have a video call with the RSM and other DSMs. They will ask you questions, mostly about how you would handle different scenarios. If you are a current employee, research the district and identify areas for improvement and have a plan to implement changes. Be ready to discuss your shortcomings. You'll get an answer in a day or two, depending on the number of applicants. The DSMs will rate you and give feedback to the RSM, who will make the final decision. Be prepared to relocate immediately if you get the job.

I've had an email questionnaire and two peer interviews so far, and it's been over a month. I have a face-to-face interview scheduled for next week. The phone interviews were with another DSM and were really helpful for understanding the company culture. I'm super interested in this role and feel well-qualified. We'll see how it goes.
