The interview process went well with Kaitlin the HR Lead. She was very friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. She is one of the strongest if not THE strongest leader at the store.

There were two interviews total. First was a phone call and the person was super nice and told me a lot. They asked me some basic questions. The second interview was the next day and in person. That interviewer asked more questions about specific situations.

I got a call on Tuesday morning around 7:30 AM asking if I could come in for an interview at 9:30 AM, which I agreed to. I had my first interview with an Assistant Manager, and then my second interview with the store manager. I was then offered the job. After that, I completed a drug screen and background check in the same building. Once that was done, I started working and was on the clock for six hours that day.
