Implementation Manager
This was one of the best interview processes I've experienced. The Rundoo team was very welcoming and transparent from the start, showing they really care about their hires. The process was structured and made sense at each step. I talked with the CEO, a product leader, and members of the implementation team. These chats gave me a clear picture of the company culture and the day-to-day role. A highlight was a role-play where I conducted a mock kickoff and training, which was a great chance to show my skills and get a feel for the work. It felt more like working together than being tested. Even after accepting the offer, many people from the CEO down reached out to welcome me, which speaks volumes about the culture and how they make you feel part of the team even before you start. My advice is to be prepared, be yourself, and show your thought process. Rundoo seeks curious, organized people who are dedicated to their clients.
- Could you describe your approach to conducting a kickoff call with a new client?
Events and Conference Manager
The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly communicated throughout. There were four interview rounds. The first was a remote conversation with a recruiter, which felt more like a casual chat. The second was an in-person interview combined with a team lunch, where they asked more in-depth questions about past experiences, professional goals, and thought processes. Sharing a meal with the office was a highlight, showing the welcoming culture. The third round was a take-home assignment where I had to plan a mock event and outline the processes for organizing a conference. The fourth and final interview was with the CEO and head of Sales.
- Describe a situation where a conference did not go as planned, including what happened and how you resolved it.
Data Lead
The interview process began with an initial interview, then a meeting with the HR Head, followed by a hands-on skills assessment and a cultural fit interview. There were three interviews total, giving me plenty of chances to showcase my skills and qualifications. The hands-on assessment was great for demonstrating my technical skills. I really liked that the process felt personal and not automated; they were quick to respond via email, which was a nice change. The interviewer was also upfront about how well I fit the role, which set clear expectations and saved time. Overall, it was a great experience and felt very human. I think a more structured timeline with clearer updates would be helpful, though. Also, starting with casual conversation and allowing more comfortable pacing during the interview would be nice, so candidates don't feel rushed.
- When faced with time-sensitive projects, what's your approach to ensuring efficient completion?
Territory Manager
Had a 3 part interview process. First was an intro with the sales manager to see if I was personable and presentable. He gave me stuff to review for the next interview. Second interview was with the whole team where we discussed individual parts of the job. They quizzed and roleplayed with me to see if I could think on my feet and tested my abilities. Third interview was with the CEO and was… odd. They asked a bunch of specific high-level questions that would be impossible to answer without internal company knowledge. They ultimately didn't offer me the position. I emailed them for an update after a week but got no response.
- What would you change about company policies to improve revenue?
