Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rumo.
Analyst
It was a very simple and straightforward process. I had an interview with HR, and after the initial approval, I went for a conversation with the managers at the company's office. They were very open and explained well what the area did, what the expectations were, and what the day-to-day would be like.
- Can you tell me about some projects you've worked on that made a significant impact?
Project Analyst
The first step was a chat with an outsourced HR person to get a feel for my background and career. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss my technical skills. Right after that, I was given a case study related to the area (but pretty general) to work on and present the next day.
- Could you walk me through your career journey and explain your motivation for applying to this position?
- What are your reasons for potentially leaving your current employer?
Pricing Analyst
