The first step was a chat with an outsourced HR person to get a feel for my background and career. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss my technical skills. Right after that, I was given a case study related to the area (but pretty general) to work on and present the next day.

The interview was online. It was supposed to be a group interview, but the recruiter said there weren't enough people. They asked several questions like 'What is your biggest dream?' and 'Who is the person who inspires you the most?' among other questions that aren't normally asked in interviews, so I believe you need to have quick thinking to answer.
