I got a call for a Group interview, which was pretty easy. There were about 7 people, including me. We were asked to grab clothes from racks and create an outfit for a customer on a date. Then we introduced ourselves and explained why we picked certain pieces.

I came to the interview dressed professionally and prepared. The interview took place outside the store in the mall, where we sat in some chairs. It was noisy and public. The interviewer got distracted early on and didn't really pick up on the answers I had spent a lot of time preparing. It was an unusual situation, but I stayed focused and felt I performed very well. We discussed my availability at the end, and I was told I'd hear back in two days, or I should call them if I didn't. I never got the call. When I called the store myself, the manager wasn't there. It was a bad experience, but not because of me.
