It was a really easy and fast hiring process. It's a bit more formal than other fast-food places, but the pay is better than other places. There were two parts to the process: first, an informal chat with the manager, and if that went well, you moved on to corporate.

I applied online and then met the manager at the store. He asked me a few questions and then moved me forward. Next, I had an interview with corporate at 620. There, I signed a drug test form and reviewed the job duties. I then had a roughly 35-minute interview with a K&N employee. She then emailed the store manager to confirm my hire and schedule my final step: the drug test.

After submitting an online application, I got invited for a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview which was pretty standard. I brought my resume and a list of references, and they did contact all of them. They asked about my past work experiences, how I worked with coworkers and managers, and about a tough situation I faced at a previous job and how I dealt with it.
