It wasn't that hard, but you have to write papers and summaries about everything, and you don't know what to ask or do, and you pretty much have to teach yourself the job. There's little direction on what to do, and the expectations are super high.

After submitting an online application, I got invited for a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview which was pretty standard. I brought my resume and a list of references, and they did contact all of them. They asked about my past work experiences, how I worked with coworkers and managers, and about a tough situation I faced at a previous job and how I dealt with it.

The interview was easygoing, with questions that were relatively simple but many of them were tricky. The interviewer was very serious; if you got nervous, they noticed and let you know. You need to be VERY prepared.
