Behavioral Technical

I had a good initial chat with the recruiter. But then, when I met with more senior folks from the team, they didn't really introduce themselves beyond their names, like what they do or what teams they lead. Also, they spent a good chunk of time talking amongst themselves instead of asking me questions or telling me more about the role. Because of this, I decided not to move forward.

Behavioral Other

Considering how unsatisfying Ruder Finn turned out to be, their interview process was a little much. I had in-person interviews with 5 people across the two Ruder Finn West offices (SF and LA), from the head of RF West to an assistant account executive. Plus, I had 2-3 additional phone interviews with mid-level management, mostly AS/SAS level employees. Everyone was great during the interviews, even though some of them left soon after I started. Management made sure to ask about my ideal position and what I wanted to learn. The process took 47 days from the first email about my resume to the offer, partly because hiring partners didn't follow up on the HR person's initial email. Once I started, the interview process went pretty smoothly and lasted about 10-14 days.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone call with HR to start, where they asked me basic stuff about whether I was interested in the company and the job, and my availability. After that, I had two in-person interviews. The first one was with team leaders, and the final one was with senior management.
