Depending on where the job is, you might be hired after that, or you'll have another interview with the manager for that specific location.

It went badly, not well at all. The conversation wasn't fluid, so it couldn't go well. I don't recommend it at all. It's better not to waste time on all this.

It was casual but professional. I was asked about my serving history. It was quick and fairly painless. The manager was respectful. I was interviewed at a time of day where there wasn't too much traffic so I got his full attention. It was extensive enough to let me know it was a decent establishment but not too outlandish or intensive.

It was a professional, standard corporate restaurant interview. They tried to sell the "we're like a family" angle, which felt like a warning sign. Beyond that, it wasn't too different from other interviews I've had. I also had to review something to be able to read other company reviews, hence my presence here.
