It was a two-hour exam, and they gave extra time if needed. Then there were a couple of interviews with some people from the team I would join. Everyone I met was really nice and professional. They asked general and scenario-based questions.

So when I interviewed for this Account Coordinator job, first I had to take a spelling test, like before I even talked to HR. Then, the HR interview was all about my experience and interests. After that, if you get the job, there's another round of interviews with the Account Executives you'd be assisting. They're the ones who make the final decision since most account coordinators work with two AEs.

I had two interviews with two different HR reps. It wasn't tough. They really like referrals, so if you know someone, you're probably good to go. They also ask the receptionist for their impression after the interviews.
