It was a total of four 30-minute interviews with people from different teams and different levels. It led to some disjointed conversations and a bit of repetitive questioning, but I did like that I got to talk to people I might work with, not just managers.

The interview was one 4-hour long session where I spoke with a few people in 30-minute time slots. I spoke with people from different levels of the organization. The questions asked were pretty much the same throughout the interview. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and respected my time. It was obvious from talking to the team that they are supportive and like working together on different research topics.
