I sent in my application in January 2016. RSI responded pretty quickly and after I gave them some more info, they set up a phone screen by the end of that week. A few days after that, RSI wanted me to come in for an in-person interview the next month. I went to Philly on a Thursday for it and got an offer the following Wednesday. They have this meet and greet the night before the interviews where you can chat with current employees, including the folks who will interview you. It's a really cool event and makes the interviews feel even more relaxed.

First, there was an initial e-mail screening where they asked some basic questions about my application and why I was interested in the job. After that, they scheduled a preliminary phone interview. Then, there was an in-person interview that was actually made up of 3-4 interviews that happened back-to-back.

The interview process was terrific and very conversational. First, there was a Meet & Greet event where all company employees from a specific client site met all the candidates. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres were provided, which emphasized the very laid-back atmosphere. After the Meet & Greet, the company proceeded to interview the candidates in a sort of "Blitz" interview style throughout 2 days. Each candidate had 4, 30-minute interviews with different representatives of the company. After about 2 weeks, they got back to each candidate with their decision.
