The interview process was really chill and felt like chatting with a buddy. My main advice is just to be your authentic self and take your time with everything. Revenue Solutions Inc seems like a top-notch company to work for.

I applied online and then an HR person called me. The conversation was pretty laid back and the HR person did most of the talking. The next round was 2 hours long and I spoke with a few different people: 2 managers, 1 senior consultant, and 1 associate consultant. They mostly went through my resume and asked me typical questions like 'Tell me about a time...?' and 'How many golf balls can we fit in this room?'. After that, I had another call from HR about the project I would be assigned to, which was different from what we discussed in the first interview, and they also shared the package they offered. I had better offers from other companies, so I made my decision quickly.

Behavioral Technical Other

I was asked by an RSI Manager to apply for a position on one of their new implementations, had a casual face to face interview with another manager who stopped by our site which seemed to be just a "can you tie your shoelaces" sort of thing, then an HR telephone interview, all fairly standard. Then, there were 3 telephone interviews with on site managers which were fairly detailed but not difficult, followed by a final HR interview.
