There are generally three rounds of interviews: Technical, Client, and HR, possibly followed by two or three negotiation rounds. The clients are very well-behaved and professional. The first interviews are usually over the phone, and sometimes clients will conduct their interviews over the phone as well. However, in some cases, they might invite you to the offshore location for your selection.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interview questions are usually pretty straightforward and easy.
  • If the clients really want you on their team, there's no stopping that.
