It was nice, the guy was pleasant and he made me feel comfortable. Also provided alot of time to ask questions and had an overall conversation. I did not get the role but made a great connection.

Behavioral Presentation

It started with a standard application and a social media project asking why I want a job in advertising (be creative). About a month later, I got an email saying I made it to the second round, which was a phone interview. It was a pretty standard interview, nothing too difficult, mostly about getting to know me and my job experience. A few weeks after that, I was told I made it to the third round at the Santa Monica office for a panel interview. It was a really fun experience overall. The people at RPA are super positive and outgoing.

Behavioral Group Other

I got an interview at RPA through my network. First, there was a phone screen, then a 1:1 with HR, and then two group interviews. They told me my lack of direct account management experience wouldn't be an issue. During the second group interview, the manager got really aggressive, and I could tell they thought I wasn't a good fit. Even though that interview was bad, my HR contact made me think I was still a top candidate. They said they'd have a decision in a week, but it took seven weeks of delays and waiting. By the sixth week, I saw the job was posted again, and my HR contact still said I was a leading candidate. A week later, they finally told me they chose someone with more account management experience. My contact later told me they actually hired someone with no account management experience. This whole process was pretty unpleasant.
