First, I had a quick chat with a recruiter to go over my background and the job. Then, I had to do a case study in Excel to show off my analytical skills. After that, it was a panel interview with some of the senior and lead folks on the team, where they asked me behavioral and situational questions. Then, there were 3 back-to-back panel interviews with the managers in the revenue management department, again focusing on situational and behavioral stuff. Finally, they made me an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I went through three rounds of interviews. I first spoke with associates, then the managers, and finally with more experienced heads of the department. They asked similar questions about task management and how I would price cruises based on cabin type, time of year, and time till sailing.

Case Presentation

It was a 3 round interview process. The interviewers were nice and the case interview was tough but fun. I had to analyze an Excel spreadsheet and then present it to management during the case interview. I decided not to go for the role because the salary was too low.
