Customer Service Representative
It was a straightforward and fast chat with HR. The recruiter was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. They were super flexible with scheduling the call and the interview itself. They even gave me some tips on how to approach the interview.
- What are your career aspirations with our company?
Customer Service Representative
I got there 10 mins early, but they were 30 mins late for my 2pm interview, which was annoying. The interview was mostly what I expected until the end. I had a short one-on-one chat, listened to some calls, and did a typing test on 10fastfinger.com. I didn't expect the 32-question online assessment, which had math and a lot of reading. I'm bad at math and didn't have a calculator, though the test was monitoring my computer, so I'm not sure if I was supposed to use the built-in one. I also didn't have my glasses for the reading part. So I don't think I'll get a call back.
- Can you tell me how you got ready for this interview?
Customer Service Associate
Typical interview process. They asked what made me apply to ----, and what the job entails. Also asked if I'm willing to take a background check and drug test. Blah, blah, blah.
- What made you decide to apply at ----?
- The position entails ____.
- Are you willing to take a background check and drug test?
